Namita Nayyar:

You are one of the most popular fitness influencer, what attracted you towards fitness and make it your career of choice?

Rebecca Louise

I was fed up at starting at machines at the gym and having no idea how to use them! There is a time, around 10 seconds when you have looked at a piece of equipment in the gym to figure out what to do with it when it just becomes awkward. I had sent enough time at the gym without seeing results and something had to change. I look online for workout videos and found that at home I could actually get results. I always had a love for hosting and felt I could motivate people at home to workout and break them free from the uncertainty of the machines at the gym!
