Sam Faiers: English TV Star (TOWIE) Reveals Her Workout, Diet & Beauty Secrets

Already breaking records in the fashion and beauty world with her Very clothing line, her eyelash range ‘Lashes by Samantha’ and her debut fragrance ‘La Bella’. Sam will now be stepping into the world of health and fitness and has launched an exclusive website, Celebrity Training with Sam Faiers.

Samantha Faiers is an English television personality and former glamour model. Faiers is best known for starring as herself in the ITV2 semi-reality programme The Only Way Is Essex. In 2014, she competed in the thirteenth series of Celebrity Big Brother. Sam appeared in the first episode of The Only Way Is Essex and has starred in all eleven series of the show.

She has made guest appearances on chat shows such as Loose Women, This Morning and Daybreak. She was a panellist on the fifth episode of series 8 of Shooting Stars and starred on the eleventh series of The Real Hustle, going undercover as a bitter ex-wife to help the Hustlers con a mark. She has also been a panellist on Celebrity Juice twice, once during the sixth series and again in the ninth series. Sam has recently launched her own online fitness website (Celebrity Training with Sam Faiers) which offers only workout videos and healthy eating recipes.

Sam has been involved in every aspect of creating Celebrity Training, she comments; “I’ve previously struggled to feel confident with my body – I’ve either been bigger than I wanted to be or too thin earlier this year when I lost a dramatic amount of weight from my Crohn’s disease. I have been working with the team at Celebrity Training and feel stronger than ever.

“I understand how important it is to keep your body in a healthy and strong place and this is far more important that what size you are – it’s about how you feel. I lead a really busy life and don’t have time to go to the gym so Celebrity Training has been amazing and I make sure I do it whether I’m at home or travelling with work as I can use my smartphone or tablet wherever I am to keep up to date with my fitness routine.

“I hope everyone enjoys the sessions – I wanted to make sure they were fun and short so people would look forward to them and also see results quickly whilst building up their core fitness strength. Sam Faiers is a style icon and an accomplished & talented english television star. She is most famous for starring as herself in the ITV2 semi-reality programme The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) is a BAFTA award-winning British “scripted reality” television soap opera based in Brentwood, England. She is in conversation with Namita Nayyar, President Women Fitness.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You are a Style Icon. Tell us about your journey that took you to the world of fashion, beauty and now fitness training?

Ms. Sam Faiers: I wanted 2015 to be the best year for me, it was important for me to focus on Very collection, my health and fitness website ‘Celebrity Training with Sam Faiers’ and also adding in new products to my ‘By Samantha’ beauty range.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Tell us more about your clothing line, your eyelash range ‘Lashes by Samantha’ and your fragrance ‘La Bella’?

Ms. Sam Faiers: I wanted to expand my ‘By Samantha’ beauty brand as I loved working on ‘La Bella’ so much; I wear lashes everyday because I suffer from trichotillomania so this was the perfect step forward for me. I wanted to create something that I would wear for any occasion.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Share your exercise routine that you do to maintain such a bikini perfect physique?

Ms. Sam Faiers: I exercise everyday, whether it be a quick 45 minute or half an hour workout. I usually use the exercises from the website, whether it be in the gym or do it at home before I leave home for work. I usually tend to have the weekends off as I work so much during the week. I like to do interval training, cardio and toning with kettle weights.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your diet? Do you take a particular fixed regulated diet comprising of nutrients and vitamins to keep you in perfect health?

Ms. Sam Faiers: My daily diet is really good I think, I try to be healthy at all times and not diet. I love my food too much to diet and cut out carbs. I give myself a cheat day, I usually have Chinese food – that’s my biggest weakness!

For breakfast I have porridge or eggs with spinach, for lunch and dinner I try to eat a lot of chicken, fish and not that much red meat. I accompany the meal with vegetables such as sweet potato or a salad.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What is your motivation to take a multi-faceted personality of a style icon, model, businesswoman, media personality and fitness expert?

Ms. Sam Faiers: I love to be busy and to create products that people love and I think that’s the key. You need to have passion and drive to be in this industry.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Do you take some kind of skin treatment to keep it young and glowing and secondly what you do to your hair to make them look so stunning?

Ms. Sam Faiers: I do have regular skin treatments and I try and use products such as Bravura London or Swisscode Skincare.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: What advice you wish to give to the women of today to be body confident in order to do modeling?

Ms. Sam Faiers: Just to be comfortable in the skin you’re in and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Who has been your inspiration and motivation on launching your exclusive website “Celebrity Training with Sam Faiers”?

Ms. Sam Faiers: After I was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease I realised that I need to build my strength up, with Celebrity Training it doesn’t matter what size you are. Strong is the new Skinny!

Ms. Namita Nayyar: Elaborate on your personalised concept of “Personal Training” you offer online on your website www.celebritytraining.co.uk?

Ms. Sam Faiers: You can plan your workouts and add it onto your calendar as a reminder. Also you can mix up your ‘Get Focused’, ‘Get Strong’ and ‘Get Skinny’ workouts to keep your exercises interesting.
