Where were you born and had your early education? Later you decided to pursue modeling and being an Instagram Influencer. This later propelled your career to the height where you became a world-leading social media influencer. Tell us more about your professional journey of exceptional hard work, tenacity, and endurance.

Sarah Jordan:

I was born in Australia Sydney, and went to Wenona School. I did an arts degree in Sydney University. Which led me to work in an advertising agency, which let to be “discovered” where I started my career on the other side of the camera. I did modeling work for Australian ads on TV and print.

Growing up in Sydney, Australia I always had a passion for fashion and art. After completing my early education in a local school, I started to explore my interest in modeling. I began by participating in local fashion shows and photo shoots, slowly building up my confidence and experience. However, it was through social media, particularly Instagram, that I found my true calling.

I started my Instagram account as a way to showcase my modeling portfolio and connect with others in the industry. Little did I know that this platform would become the catalyst for my career to skyrocket. I dedicated countless hours to creating high-quality content, collaborating with photographers, and engaging with my followers. I relentlessly pursued opportunities, reaching out to brands and influencers for possible collaborations.

Through exceptional hard work, tenacity, and endurance, I gradually gained recognition and a loyal following. As my popularity grew, so did the number of brand partnerships and collaborations. Started this account when I was very young, in the early days it was used as a stalker account following my idols, such as Hailey Bieber, Emily Ratajkowski and Chiara Ferragni. My boyfriend at the time encouraged me to post some random images for a few months it was going under the radar, it opened up a few opportunities and I did attain many followers.

You are the leading social media personality, model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Sarah Jordan:

It’s not as easy as it looks, but I’m very thankful for my team that does most of the daily heavy lifting, leaving me to the creative process of content creation.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Sarah Jordan:

I try to start the day with a run every day, I need to do it religiously otherwise I don’t feel right for the whole day. As a model, maintaining a fit and healthy physique is crucial for my profession. My workout routine consists of a combination of strength training and cardio exercises. I usually start with a warm-up that includes dynamic stretches and mobility exercises.

For strength training, I focus on compound movements such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses to target multiple muscle groups simultaneously. To enhance my core strength and flexibility, I incorporate exercises like planks, Pilates, and yoga into my routine. Additionally, I enjoy high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sessions that involve circuit training or sprints to improve my cardiovascular endurance. Mixing up my exercises keeps me motivated and challenges my body to continuously adapt and grow.

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Sarah Jordan:

As a model, one secret to achieving a toned body, especially when it comes to training abs, is consistency and a combination of exercises. Firstly, I focus on incorporating a variety of core exercises into my workout routine, such as planks, bicycle crunches, Russian twists, and leg raises. These exercises help engage different muscle groups within the abs, leading to a stronger and more defined core.

Additionally, I pay attention to my diet and maintain a balanced and healthy eating plan, as a proper diet plays a significant role in revealing toned abs. Lastly, I ensure that I stay committed to a regular exercise regimen, combining cardio and strength training, for overall body toning. By diligently following these practices, I can achieve and maintain a well-toned physique.

Women Fitness talks about diets and fitness regime, do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine?

Sarah Jordan:

As a model, maintaining a strict diet and fitness regime is crucial for me. While I don’t follow any specific diet, I do focus on consuming a balanced and nutritious meal plan that includes plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. I believe in portion control and avoiding processed foods as much as possible. When it comes to my favorite cuisine, I absolutely love Mediterranean food. The combination of fresh ingredients, aromatic herbs, and wholesome flavors makes it a perfect choice for me.

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.

Sarah Jordan:

As a model, maintaining a balanced and nutritious diet is vital for my overall well-being and physique. While I appreciate indulging in delicious treats occasionally, I focus on incorporating whole, nutrient-dense foods into my daily routine. Five foods that I absolutely love include fresh berries, avocado, grilled salmon, quinoa, and leafy green vegetables. These items not only satisfy my taste buds but also provide an array of vitamins, antioxidants, and essential fatty acids.

On the other hand, I keep five foods to a minimum to ensure I maintain a healthy body. These include processed snacks, sugary desserts, fried foods, refined grains, and sodas. Moderating my consumption of these items helps me achieve optimal energy levels and keeps my body functioning at its best.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.

Sarah Jordan:

Thank you for the compliments! For my hair care routine, I prioritize nourishing treatments and regular trims to maintain healthy locks, while for my skincare routine, I focus on using gentle cleansers, moisturizers, and protect my skin with SPF to keep it glowing. The Australian sun is very harsh and very bad for your skin, I take particular care to limit my time in it.

Social media is saturated right now, how do you feel about it? Tips on budding influencers who wish to make their move?

Sarah Jordan:

Yeah is so hard to stand out, with all the obstacles put up by social media companies, you have to understand they are providing a medium for you to express yourself, and I am grateful for it. As for upcominginfluencers. I say just do it. Look at other channels that are similar to you and get inspiration from them. It is very important to analyze what has worked in the past and move forward from that. But my team helps me a lot, it’s important to surround yourself with positive people.

Santorini, Greece: Famous for its stunning sunsets, white-washed houses, and beautiful blue-domed churches, Santorini has always captured my imagination. I would love to explore the unique beaches, indulge in delicious Greek cuisine, and immerse myself in the rich history and culture of this enchanting island.

Maldives: The pristine white sandy beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and luxurious over-water villas of the Maldives have always fascinated me. I dream of snorkeling and diving in the colorful coral reefs, rejuvenating with relaxing spa treatments, and just unwinding in a true tropical paradise.

Kyoto, Japan: Known for its ancient temples, traditional tea houses, and serene gardens, Kyoto has a timeless beauty that captivates me. I would love to witness the cherry blossom season, participate in a tea ceremony, and explore historic landmarks such as the Kinkaku-ji Temple and Fushimi Inari Shrine.

Bora Bora, French Polynesia: Bora Bora is a remote island known for its picturesque landscapes, luxury resorts, and vibrant marine life. I would love to experience the magical ambiance of staying in an over-water bungalow, snorkeling amidst colorful coral gardens, and enjoying the stunning sunset views over Mount Otemanu.

Marrakech, Morocco: From its bustling markets, ancient palaces, and vibrant street life, Marrakech offers a sensory overload that I would love to experience. I’m intrigued by the unique blend of Islamic, African, and European influences, and I’m particularly drawn to exploring the famous medina, trying traditional Moroccan cuisine, and admiring the intricate mosaics and architecture.

These are just a few of the many incredible travel destinations that I have on my wish list. Exploring different cultures, immersing myself in beautiful landscapes, and expanding my horizons beyond Australia are all things that I look forward to as an adventurous model.

You have done bold photo-shoots for a number of fashion brands and on your Instagram handle @sarah_jordan_1. How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Sarah Jordan:

As I say just do it, you have nothing to lose, life is too short to be safe. When you are gone all you have is your legacy make the most of you time. As for advice do what you’re comfortable with.

Your idea of a perfect date?

Sarah Jordan:

I’m easy to please, pizza and a beer at the local watering hole, with a good conversation, and I’m all yours.
