Savannah Madison Internationally Acclaimed Model talks about her Workout Routine, Diet and Beauty Secrets

Savannah Madison was born in Dayton, OH and raised in a small town north of Cincinnati. 

She attended college in Dayton and graduated with a degree in Occupational therapy. Over the last three years Savannah has worked as a photo fashion/glamour and swimsuit model working with National and International Photographers. She has graced the covers of 18 magazines including Playboy, FHM and LFM soon to be Maxim NZ covergirl and 3x Playboy Playmate for Australia, South Africa and New Zealand.. 

She has a passion for creative photography and expressing herself in front of the camera. She prefers to shoot fashion, swimwear and lingerie and creatively with body paint and dress up. A love for history, art and animals which fuels the fire for a hunger for traveling the world to great exotic locations for shoots and soaking up the culture! 

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Savannah Madison, leading glamour model and five times Playboy playmate to talk about the secret to success, diet, and exercise routine.

Namita Nayyar:

Having appeared on MAXIM, FHM, PLAYBOY and many more tell us 2 factors that motivated you towards modelling?

Savannah Madison:

Well, I actually had an career in occupational therapy. I’ve always had a passion for helping people which I absolutely love. People often asked me if I had ever considered modelling professionally, but I never had never seriously considered it.

Five years ago my family circumstances changed and gave me the opportunity I needed to pursue a career in modelling. Now I’m in a supported environment where I could seriously pursue my professional modelling career and it’s been a fantastic experience – the best life decision I’ve ever made !

Namita Nayyar:

Share with us your workout routine? Cardio, strength or both in the order you prefer.

Savannah Madison:

I work out at least 3x a week for 1 hour sessions one on one with a Personal Trainer in my home gym.

I mainly do strength training for toning my abs, legs and upper body..

I start with TRX for core, legs and arm toning/strengthening. Then go to floor with resistant bands on legs and arms doing repetitive exercises. After that I focus on core with Russian twists and sit ups with 20/30lb weights. That would be a workout routine that I do. Obviously I would mix it up with different routines day to day.

Namita Nayyar:

A healthy breakfast for you includes? What do you like to have for dinner? Supplements essential for women.

Savannah Madison:

I don’t use Supplements. I believe in having a clean lifestyle and eating extremely healthy! I follow a low carb, low sugar and low fat diet. If I’m not hungry in the morning I will wait until I’m hungry to eat. So, I usually don’t eat breakfast. I might not get hungry until around 3:00-4:00pm. I enjoy making protein pancakes for breakfast or evening for dinner. I do use a protein power (The Plant Nutrition) in my pancakes.

The body part that calls for added attention while strength training? Three exercises for a full-body workout.

Savannah Madison:

I love following @itsdougthepug and @Squidtgegriff. I love dogs, particularly Pugs, French bulldogs and Brussel Griffins.

Their swished faces fill my soul with happiness!

An unforgettable experience from your first ever photo-shoot.

Savannah Madison:

When I showed up at the shoot for a Online swimwear catalogue, I was by far the tallest (5’10) model in the room. It looked pretty ridiculous!

Right then, I realized the major difference between glamour model and runway/fashion model. On the plus side, It was reassuring that I qualified in both modeling categories. 😂

Your morning beauty ritual before a shoot? Haircare routine you follow?

I always shower to wash off excess spray tan. So it doesn’t come off on clothes etc…. I show up at shoot with fresh face and clean hair for MUA and hair stylist.

Three songs that are on top of your workout playlist? Or you play during a workout.

Savannah Madison:

Believe it or not I don’t listen to music while I work out. Because I work out with a trainer we talk about shows we’re binge watching and listen to the news on the TV. 😂

Crochet and see-through fabrics seem to be really popular in the fashion industry right now. Unfortunately I also believe fancy jewelled face masks are going to be trending.

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep it to a minimum.

Savannah Madison:

I definitely love sushi! but I also enjoy fruit, dark chocolate, granola and sea food.

I do not like onions or coconut! I also do not eat anything with high sugar, fat or carbs.

Skincare Tip.

Savannah Madison:

I can definitely tell you the most important skin routine you can do is stay out of the sun! The sun is your enemy when it comes to skin! I recommend staying out of the sun and keep your skin very moisturized.

Travel destinations on your wish list.

Savannah Madison:

I am a warm weather person so anywhere south of the border is definitely on my list. I would also love to visit

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring glamour and fashion model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of social media following?

Savannah Madison:

The most important thing is confidence, you have to get out there and be seen and surround yourself with supporting people to build you up.

You have done bold photoshoots for a number of fashion brands, Playboy and on your Instagram handle @savannmadison. How you are so body confident and advise to your compatriots?

Savannah Madison:

It’s all about confidence! Believing in yourself.

Your idea of a perfect date?

Savannah Madison:

For my perfect date I love dressing for the occasion.

I’m totally uninhibited and enjoy showing off the body that I work so hard at perfecting all week. 

For my date I’d wear a sheer top, short skirt, high stilettos and that’s about it.

I love cooking so I would start my evening with a homemade dinner. I have a steak and shrimp marinade that can’t be beat! I would then end the night with dancing and drinks out on the town or retire to the couch or bedroom and binge watch Netflix snuggled up….I’m pretty flexible either way….but If you’re on a date with an amazing person the date is always perfect and the rest just falls into place.

Fitness and Health Resolution for the New Year 2021?

Savannah Madison:

My health resolution for 2021 is to drink more water and stay more hydrated. I’m really bad about drinking water! I typically drink more diet drinks than water. As far as fitness I’m going to try to do more cardio.
