Playboy Playmate and Sports Illustrated Girl Sherra Michelle shares her fantastic modelling journey with Namita Nayyar, President Women Fitness.
Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Walk us through your spectacular modelling journey and tell us how it all began?

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

My modeling journey began when I first turned 18 and I discovered the Playboy Mansion. From there I went onto XM radio. I appeared on Hollywood sets as an extra and small features. I also worked in fast fashion.

Introduce us to a day in your life.

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

My life is a little unusual. I travel constant. Mostly international but also domestic in the US. I have been to almost 30 countries in the past two years. 13 countries the past six months and many of them several times. I wake up early. I either go to the gym and do fasted Cardio or I order a big room service breakfast and go to the gym later. The rest of the day I’m either relaxing by a beach, a pool or site seeing exotic locations.

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine?

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

I am obsessed with Cardio. Mostly because I have so much energy. I can’t sleep at night if I miss my Cardio. A few times a week after Cardio I do squats, or light lifting in machines.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

I have a strange diet. I am a Pescatstarian allergic to seafood. So that means I mostly eat vegan with an exception of salmon, a fresh water fish once a week or so for the protein. I have been off and on vegetarian or vegan for ten years.

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your haircare and skincare routine.

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

The biggest thing I do for my face is Vampire facial where they take my blood and inject it to my face to keep a rejuvenated look forever. I have also stayed out of the sun my entire life. Even on beaches I cover my face or wear a hat. I hate direct sun on my face. I never leave the house without an SPF and moisturizer is key.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

Who has been your greatest influence and motivator in your success in the field of modelling?

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

I am very female positive and I would say my close friends motivate me most. I love my Playboy Family and look up to them. We help each other grow.

Tell us your Top Tips for managing travelling and staying fit.

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

Staying fit is easier for me when I travel. I have little to no stress and always have an amazing gym everywhere I go. Most hotels have great menus for a vegetarian diet.

Ms. Namita Nayyar:

You have done many photo shoots for several top magazines like the Playboy. What is your beauty routine before a photoshoot?

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

Dieting and rest are key. It’s so important to have a full night sleep before a shoot. Also coffee morning of shoot keeps me in good spirits. I also brush my teeth several times during a shoot to keep my smile confident. The day before a shoot I usually spray tan to stay golden and avoid sun.

With an audience of over 103k followers on your Instagram account @sherramichelle you’re a social media sensation and an internet leading star. How does it feel that you are able to influence the healthy lifestyle of so many individuals?

Ms. Sherra Michelle:

I love using social media as a tool to help grow my influence. Many girls dm me asking questions on how I do the modeling I do. It’s the greatest compliment when a female fan or friend looks up to my work and I can help them on their journey.
