Stephanie Louise: A Star is born! She talks about her Fitness Regime and Success Secrets

Stephanie Louise is an exceptionally talented Australian glamour and fashion model. She is the new star on the glamour modeling horizon with immense potential.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up with Stephanie Louise an Australian glamour and fashion model, here she talks about her fitness routine, her diet, her beauty secrets and success story.

Namita Nayyar:

You were born in Australia. Tell us more about your early education and training. You later started working as a professional glamour and fashion model. This propelled your modeling career to the height where you have been a leading fashion and glamour model. Tell us more about your journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?

Stephanie Louise:

As a young girl I grew up in Perth, Western Australia with 3 brothers but that never stopped me from being ? a girly girl that loved fashion. My family always teased me about my outfits haha but I always knew I was just ahead of the trends, confidence is key. I started modeling at very young age of 7. I loved it and I idolized my modeling teacher at the time. She was also a hairdresser which then fed my passion to my future career.

I studied hairdressing from the age of 14 which I then I had to put my modeling hobby to the side, I just didn’t have time for both. I got to see what it was like being on the other side of the camera; creating looks and styling on set which I enjoyed but naturally as time went on I still wanted to get back in front of the camera.

I used my social media as a platform to create and showcase content of my fashion and body sculpting. It takes allot of courage to be vulnerable and put yourself out there but I always looked at it differently. Like I was showcasing art. It’s easier to ignore the negativity because it’s only natural that we won’t all like or appreciate the same work of art.

Namita Nayyar:

You have one of the most perfect chiseled sculpted physique. Women and Models of your age aspire to be just like you. Tell us the secret to this stunning personality?

Stephanie Louise:

Well my biggest secret is my amazing coach Paulie V. His understanding of the body and sculpture is 2nd to none. It takes a lot of hard work, self-motivation and persistence to push your body out of its comfort zone to achieve results. I have always been motivated to work hard and I can be a little competitive with myself sometimes ha-ha.

Fitness for me is my own personal time that I allow myself to not just feel physically strong but also mentally fit as well. People, money and life opportunities can come and go but no one can take away your inner and outer strength that’s your own creation.

Namita Nayyar:

You are a leading media personality, glamour model, influencer, fitness icon, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multidimensional lifestyle?

Stephanie Louise:

I truly love it! It’s not really work when you enjoy every minute of it and when it comes to fashion, well let’s say it’s my extreme passion. I’m extremely social I love talking to and meeting new people I love hearing peoples stories and what makes them who they are you could honestly leave me anywhere and I’m sure within 10 mins you would find chatting someone up. Communication is our biggest learning tool and it’s free. When I represent brands it’s because I truly believe in them. I would never represent anything I wouldn’t use myself.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Stephanie Louise:

I always enjoy leg day the most. Here are my favourite sets for leg day:

I always finish my workouts with abs & I love crunches on the medicine ball and plank until I drop.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Stephanie Louise:

Yes, at the moment because I’m in a building phase which means a lot more food than I’m used to. I eat a lot of chicken, rice and eggs but that’s also because I love those foods. I still have treats every now and then but not often because I become too full and my goal is to really hit that protein level every day to build more muscle.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.

Stephanie Louise:

Well I’m a big big believer in collagen. I take the BSC collagen powder every day skin and hair it all begins from the inside. I use Olaplex for my hair because I’m a blonde and also style my hair a lot for photo shoots. I have regular treatments with my skin specialist, Blume Aesthetics, and my favourite tightening and anti-age treatment is the PDO threads.

Namita Nayyar:

You go to different places and work with different professionals for your modeling career. For a model to adjust to different places with their own cultures, it must be difficult, and then to adjust to a modeling career in new locations and with different professional directors, what advice you can give to fellow fashion and glamour models in a similar situation?

Stephanie Louise:

Omg I love to travel so being amongst new people and new cultures is just the biggest life high for me. My biggest advice is going with the flow, be respectful and enjoy the adventures. Not every single shoot you do can be smooth sailing with a knock out result, just enjoy the ride and learn from each moment. Also never wear makeup on an airplane, it’s so bad for your skin before a shoot.

Namita Nayyar:

You have worked for iconic brands @bodyscience Vitamins/supplements, @zaful.es Zaful Español Global Fashion Brand, @kykhaircare KYK Hair Care, and @hawt_ apparel Activewear |Lounge |Bikinis Clothing (Brand). Tell us more about your experience working with them?

Stephanie Louise:

Every single one of these brands I literally use every day in my day-to-day routine. So grateful Zaful and Kobu Swim hooked me up with a whole summer wardrobe of bikinis, especially because I sauna every week so I’m loving the whole range. I cannot tell you enough how much I love The Body Science team. Using their supplements lets me push my body to the extent at each workout and it feels great.

Hawt Active designed her range to my taste from the pretty colors to the perfect fit and the catchy name. I always train when I travel and they always hook me up with fresh new threads every time. Kyk was a dream fit as I’m a hairdresser so I can honestly say from a professional opinion her products are to die for and I do style my own hair sometimes for shoots and I have all the necessary products now thanks to them.

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fashion and glamour model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of fashion and glamour modeling?

Stephanie Louise:

Be yourself. Network Network Network. And begin now, not tomorrow…don’t waste a day of getting closer to your goals!

Namita Nayyar:

Fashion and Glamour Modeling involves doing bold photo shoots. How you are so body confident and advise your compatriots?

Stephanie Louise:

I have watched my body create life with two beautiful daughters. It’s something I am so proud of and gave me more confidence to be more bolder. Everyone is beautiful in their own way and being ‘sexy’ is 90% attitude, the rest is hair and makeup which anyone can get.

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Stephanie Louise:

Well abs is definitely a clean diet including good food. But I train abs at least one set a day, planking is a fun fave of mine because I like to time challenge myself. I also try to mix it up every week so I don’t get bored or too comfortable.

Namita Nayyar:

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.

Stephanie Louise:

I love rice, egg, mushrooms, steak & broccoli. What I keep to a minimum but absolutely love are burgers, chocolate, cheese, coke, brownies.
