Tahlia Paris Reveals Her Secrets Of Chiselled Sculpted Physique Of A Playboy Model

Tahlia Paris was born and raised in Santa Barbara, CA. She has blonde hair and green eyes. Her hobbies include surfing, hiking, dirt bike riding and playing video games. At the young age of 5, she was scouted out by a modeling agency which led her to the current career in modeling. She started doing beauty pageants at age 6. She is also a dancer, in gymnastics, ballet, hip hop, flamenco and aerial fabric.

She is enrolled in a pre-med program following graduation and also doing. She was Hugh Hefner’s body paint models for the famous Midsummer Night’s Dream party at the Playboy mansion in the summer of 2015. She was voted Playboy’s Cyber girl of the Month for January, 2016 and Cyber girl of the Year for 2017.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar had a candid interview with Tahlia Paris, Playboy Model where she talks about her workout, diet, hair & skin care, beauty secrets, and success story.

Namita Nayyar:

A morning ritual that has stayed by you ever since you started modelling?

Tahlia Paris:

I didn’t used to have a morning routine but a few months ago I started getting into celery juice every morning. It has really made a difference in the way I look, but most importantly, on the way I feel! 

Namita Nayyar:

At the age of 5, you were scouted out by a modelling agency which led you to grow as a model. You even started doing beauty pageants at age six. Five Key essential for a girl to pursue a career in modeling.

Tahlia Paris:

I was lucky enough to start my modeling career at such a young age with the help and support of my mom. I would say the “5 most essential things” for someone trying to pursue a modeling career would be:

  1. Have fun!!!
  2. Don’t ever push yourself too hard with diet or exercise, practice balance and self-love. Embrace your body for the way you were born!
  3. Make all connections you can for future possible work. When you’re starting out, do a lot of free work to get your name out there and to get comfortable in front of the camera.
  4. Be yourself
  5. Don’t look at others and say ‘I want to look like that’, or compare yourself. You are unique, be all that you are and love YOU!
Namita Nayyar:

Your job calls upon travelling and working at odd hours, how do you cope with the demands? Five-time management skills

Tahlia Paris:

Modeling has brought me to so many different places, not only in the US but around the world. Sometimes when you get to your destination, you’re exhausted after a long flight and you have to get right into hair and makeup. The thing that gets me going and energized is coffee! Also just knowing that I’m doing what I love. When the shoot is over, I know I can relax and the reward is always worth the effort.

Namita Nayyar:

“I spend a lot of time at the gym, and I work very hard for my figure” you have said. Share exercises that are an integral part of your workout routine? Five must-do stretches to beat the stress? Any sport you like?

Tahlia Paris:

Working out is a huge part of my life. I actually have a personal trainer who I’m obsessed with! I try to train with him 4-5 times a week. We do various workouts but my favourite thing to do is boxing! I really found a love for boxing and I love the results; not only for the ‘look’ of my figure but it’s also a great stress reliever and overall fun workout!

Namita Nayyar:

 Share your schedule on a day off. How do you keep fresh for a shoot?

Tahlia Paris:

A typical day off for me is usually working out after I wake up, on an empty stomach. Fasted cardio is super important and I love to do it! Other than that I try to keep active throughout most of the day and I’ll do things I can’t do whilst I’m traveling, like gaming. I play a lot of video games believe it or not!

Your meal before and after a workout? The secret to maintaining a slim torso.

I try not to eat before my workout, I’ve noticed the best results by doing this. After my workout, I’ll usually do a gluten free bagel or some yogurt and fruit. I try to keep a gluten free diet, this is also something I’ve noticed helps keep my physique more cut!

Namita Nayyar:

 Your Favourite Meal of the day would be? Why?

Tahlia Paris:

My favourite meal is definitely breakfast! I love having my coffee and my gluten free bagels or my yogurt and fruit in the morning after a good workout! Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day in my opinion because you’re “breaking your fast”.

Top 5 healthy snack options? One diet secret you would like to share?

Tahlia Paris:

I really try to be gluten free even though I’m not technically “gluten intolerant”. My favourite snacks are; fruits, bell peppers and hummus, cheese bites, apple sauce and occasionally chocolate or coconut covered almonds for my sweet tooth.

Tahlia Paris:

Women Fitness, to me, is not necessarily about being the skinniest, the most buff or the fit. To me it’s about being happy and healthy in your own skin while maintaining an active lifestyle. What makes me and my body happy and healthy may be different from others! Being comfortable in your own skin and staying active in any way you like is so important. What works for me is not always going to work for others so you need to pay attention to your own body.

Namita Nayyar:

You hope to work in the medical field in some capacity besides modeling. The service industry calls for commitment and dedication. How do you plan to balance it with modeling?

Tahlia Paris:

My modeling career has put my nursing degree on hold because nursing is so demanding. I need to figure out how to balance the two, which is something I’m still working on! Balance is very important in all areas of life. If you want something bad enough, you will always find a way to make it happen.

You have been voted as Playboy’s Cyber girl of the Year for 2017. How was the experience, share it in a few words, Brands you have worked with and would love to work.

Tahlia Paris:

Being Playboy’s CGOY for 2017 was by far the most amazing title I have ever received. A true once-in-a-lifetime experience where I got to travel, party at the Playboy Mansion, meet some amazing people and build a name for myself as Playboy’s Cyber girl of the year! One of the best accomplishments so far in my life.

Five tips to stay body positive.

Tahlia Paris:

Some of my tips to stay body positive are

  1. Don’t compare yourself to others
  2. Do what makes YOU feel happy and healthy
  3. Follow body positive pages on Instagram, Facebook etc
  4. Look in the mirror and think to yourself, “I am me, I am built the way nature intended and no one can be me, I am unique and I love me”
  5. Try and get active at least 3 times a week. It doesn’t need to be a high intensity workout. Get outside, go on a walk, go for a bike ride, just get active and you will feel so much better after!

For me social media popularity came by working with people who have a following. By making connections with them and collaborating we are able to tap into each other’s networks and grow our own pages.
