Instructions :

Heat
the butter in a frying pan; add the crushed green chick peas and
saute for two minutes. Add the mashed paneer, chopped chillies and
ginger, salt and grated cheese and mix well.

Shape
the mixture into kebabs and thread onto skewers.

Grill
over charcoal or in a preheated, medium - hot oven till crisp and
brown.

Place
on a serving plate and sprinkle with the mixed masala. Serve hot,
with lime wedges, onion rings and spring onion greens.
