Hello I am a 34yr old mother of 2. After my first child I gained so much weight and then lost it and gained it all back again. After the second child I just gained, I am pushing over 200lbs. My question is how can I lose my lower and upper abs, its like having two tires one on top of each other. I am on weight watchers and doing well, I just need something to tighten up my stomach.

I have usually been a small girl with no trouble. When I turned 23 I started having to work out more. Now that I'm 25 it seems I have absolutely no metabolism. Hi, I am 28 and 5'4'' tall. I weigh 180lbs and I had a cesarean 18 months ago. I have a puffy skin around the navel/tummy area. How to get rid off that. Its just like a bag. I do step aerobics twice a week and do 20 min intense work-outs on elliptical on 2 days of the week. I still don't find any change I also try to avoid junk food. I occasionally come down to 175lbs, go back again to 180 but the flabby stomach would never go away. Please Help!!!

Hi, I'm a 23 year old female. I have always had a bit of a weight problem since I was about 10 or 11. I used to be ok before that age though. I lost weight by taking a weight loss pill back in 2002 and kept most of the weight off until last year. Now I am heading back towards 150 pounds and I am only 5 ft tall! Hi I am 25 years old with a beautiful 2 year old. I gained 50 pounds while I was pregnant and I have lost about 58. I started eating healthy and going to the gym 4 days a week. My question is why after losing all of this weight and eating right why can't I do more than a couple minutes of jogging without cramping up or running out of breath? Also how do you get rid of the saddle bags in the thigh region, it is my bad spot?

Ok, my sister is getting married in one month, I am a bridesmaid in her wedding. Hello my names is Anna and this winter I have gained up to 15 pounds and everyone around has noticed. I feel so sad and ugly. None of my clothes fit anymore and it just feels terrible. In the winter 04 I was 155 and then in the summer of 04 I was 138. I lost the weight cause I walked allot and ate nothing the whole day until it was night, I would eat only fruits at night though. I have kept it of since the fall of 05. Now May is about to begin and I'm planning on losing the weight cause I want to look nice for my graduation which is June 10th. I am planning on running 1 mile on my treadmill and walking on my treadmill for 2 hours (3.8mph). Drinking lot of Water and 2 big cups on Skim Milk. Also havening fruits and veggies only. I will not eat after 7pm though. My question is, If I follow this diet plan would it be possible to lose 15 pounds by June 10th. I'm starting my diet May 1. Please Write me Back! Love,

My 2 children are grown and my outside sales job have left me with a "spare tire" and flabby arms. My weight isn't as much as a problem because now I walk dogs for a living. It just doesn't do anything for the mid section and arms as fast as I would like it to. I'm going on a cruise in October and I want to look good. Not a Greek goddess, just good. Hi guys. I am 21 and I was trying to tone up for the summer. My real problem was my belly cause I really wanted a six pack. I haven't got a full six pack but my stomach is far more toned then it was 2 months ago. I'm afraid its tough work though. I stopped eating all takeaways even tough my family orders them every week. I went on a 15 run every day or every second day and I stopped getting the bus to college and instead I cycled 20 mins to and 20 mins home 4 days a week. I also really cut down on carbs (chips potatoes bread etc) and eat allot more fruit vegan and salad and lean meat and I also did abs crunches every second day. No more alcohol either except one day a week when I got tanked up. Good luck guys.

Many people think that I am my 23 year old daughters sister so I look pretty good except for my lower abs It was relatively flat until the last couple of years. Hello out there! I am 33 and have been fit pretty much all my life. After less than a year I have this lower body fat in my belly. I am working hard, eating right- which took me a long time to figure out based on my body and genes. I understand stress can cause this, but I am anxious, and getting depressed. Hey I'm 13, I'm on track and have been playing volleyball for 2 years but am still heavier than most girls. At one time I was in the best shape of my life. After 32 I fell off the wagon a little. I noticed that its a little harder to get the fat off the lower part of the stomach. I'm in shape now but, it took me at least 3 years to see improvement. My diet is excellent and I workout 5 days a week and take supplements. What do you do for the lower stomach, that will flatten it.

Hello, every one. I am 23 years old and I recently had a son who is now 7 1/2 months. My stomach is so terrible; well actually, it is not as bad as some women that I have seen. My problem is that my girls and I are going to Miami on the 25-30th of May for vacation. Any body that is some body will be down there and we all know that is not the place to have a fat stomach sitting in front of you. I'm 32, very healthy. I work out everyday for about 25 minutes. I do Pilates 3 times a week, walk my dog 3 times a day for about 10 min, each time. I eat small portions of food 4-5 times a day mostly vegetables, nuts, beans and some fish. I'm 5'3" and weigh 100lbs. But I cannot get rid of my belly fat. I have about 3 lbs of fat around my waist I can't lose. Any ideas? thank you.
