LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH AN ATTITUDE.

Everybody wants to be happy, healthy, and at least reasonably prosperous. Everybody wants to be secure, to have friends, peace of mind, good family relationships, and the hope that the future will be even better. To do that your GOALS need to embrace the physical, the mental, and the spiritual realms.

Physical balance has three major components:
1. Sleep-You must get a reasonable amount of sleep without it you cannot achieve the laser type focus needed to concentrate on your goals.
2. Diet- your diet must be reasonable and sensible, its quite simple, fruits, vegetables, fish, grains, light carbohydrates, and water should be eaten each day before anything else is.
3. Exercise- Make the commitment to walk 3-5 days each week for 30-60 minutes. Youll be amazed how order, balance, and motivation will radiate into your life.

The spiritual component is just as powerful. Studies show that people who regularly attend worship of some kind, whether church, synagogue, temple, or mosque, earn more money, have fewer drug problems, a lower rate of divorce, better intimate relationships, fewer nervous breakdowns and lower suicide rates. Strive for a healthy balance in your lives.

LIVE YOUR LIFE WITH AN ATTITUDE OF GRATITUDE love, peace and fulfillment will fill your heart.

Top 10 Reasons not to skip your breakfast

A new study shows that eating breakfast every single day is a key behavior among people who average a 60-pound weight loss and have kept it off for six years. The study in the Journal of Obesity Research was an ongoing look at successful maintainers of significant weight loss.

Nearly 80 per cent of them eat breakfast everyday as part of their routine to stay slender. Cereal was their favorite choice. Nutritionists suggest starting the day with whole grains such as oat meal or brown rice which are low on the glycemic index. These satisfying foods do not cause a sudden rise in blood glucose. Instead, they tend to hold off hunger for several hours because they are absorbed slowly into the bloodstream.

Breakfast can make or break a diet, because breakfast helps set the tone for the rest of the day. If youre one of those people who thinks skipping breakfast is a good way to lose weight, think again. Here are the top reasons why you should definitely eat breakfast every day:

1. Break the fast. What does "breakfast" mean? Your body responds to not eating for hours and hours by "slowing down"; diminishing its metabolic rate and burning fewer calories to conserve energy. By eating breakfast, you wake up your metabolism and get your engine humming, burning those calories you need to burn to lose weight.

2. Eat more, weigh less. Researchers have repeatedly shown that people who eat breakfast have a better chance of losing weight, and keeping it off. When you skip meals, youre so hungry by lunchtime you eat the entire cow! The National Weight Control Registry shows that among those whove lost 30 or more pounds and have kept it off more than a year, 90 percent report eating breakfast most days of the week.
