Popularly known as a vegan ballerina, actress, photographer and celebrity blogger. ‘Selling Sunset’ Star Heather Rae Young in her interview with Women Fitness talks about her diet & fitness routine. It reads “I am vegan. I have been vegan for a few hears now. Usually I try to replace 2 meals with a protein smoothie. Lunch is usually quinoa salad or veggie salad. I snack in between on nuts or a vegan protein bar (which has little ingredients) And I drink tea in between meals. No coffee, I actually have never tried a cup. I do have a sweet tooth though, so I choose to not even have sugar because once I start I can’t stop.”

Trainer, Gaspari Athlete & Bikini Pro Marzia Prince sharing her diet input on Women Fitness adds ” I have been living a plant-based diet for the past 5 1/2 years. I eat 70-80% raw. I eat about 5-6 times a day. I don’t count calories. I try to eat real organic plant-based foods as medicine to heal my cells in my body. I eat plant-based proteins and carbs for my all my meals. I just watch my healthy fat intake. Everything is trial and error till you get it right for you. I don’t believe in a one size fits all nutrition program. But I do believe in a plant-based life for everyone.” She preaches a plant-based lifestyle to her clients and watch them transform from lifeless to energetic.

Former Miss World Rosanna Davison who has recently given birth to identical twin boys (Congrats to the proud mother) talked about how turning vegan changed her life.

With diet “I decided to go vegetarian in my teens as I didn’t like the taste of meat or the idea of eating animals, and I found the transition pretty straightforward. My mum eats a mostly vegetarian diet too, so we supported each other and shared our favorite recipes.”

Rosanna adds “I decided to try a vegan diet when I began studying nutritional biochemistry in college. I’ve planned it properly for my own everyday needs and I find that it really helps to support my energy levels.
