As Anna Perrotta looks to the future, she hopes to leave a lasting legacy in the luxury industry. She wants to be remembered as someone who brought a touch of magic to the world through luxury, making the complex and challenging world a little more beautiful.

Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up Anna Perrotta an exceptionally talented, Founder of Artemis Luxe” a Marketing Agency specialized in Brand Building and Experiential Marketing for Luxury Brands and Large Corporate, here she talks about her entrepreneur vision, fitness routine, her diet, her hair care, skin care and her success story.

Namita Nayyar:

You graduated from Bocconi University, one of Italy’s most prestigious institutions, but your first steps were in media and automotive. What did those early roles teach you that unexpectedly prepared you for the world of luxury?

Anna Perrotta:

My early years in media and automotive taught me discipline, speed, and the importance of storytelling. Media showed me how perception shapes value, while automotive taught me precision, structure, and customer psychology. Luxury is not only about beautiful products—it is about emotion, trust, and aspiration. Those industries prepared me to understand that before I ever entered jewelry.

Namita Nayyar:

Your real turning point came with DoDo and Pomellato under the Kering Group. Can you describe the moment you realized that jewelry and luxury were not just your job, but you’re calling?

Anna Perrotta:

My real turning point came during my time with DoDo and Pomellato. That was the moment I understood luxury jewelry was deeply emotional. I realized I was not simply selling products—I was helping people celebrate identity, milestones, and memories. That felt like purpose, not just work.

Namita Nayyar:

While at Pomellato, you implemented the wholesale commercial strategy for Northern Italy. What was the most challenging part of managing the full spectrum—from dealer selection to high-level events?

Anna Perrotta:

The most challenging part was maintaining consistency across every touch point. Dealer selection is strategic, but events and client experiences are emotional. You must protect brand identity while adapting to different personalities and markets. The real challenge was ensuring that whether someone entered a boutique in Milan or attended a private dinner in Turin, they felt the same level of excellence and authenticity.

Namita Nayyar:

In 2017, you moved to Dubai to introduce European luxury brands to the UAE market. What was the biggest cultural or business difference you had to bridge between Italian luxury codes and Middle Eastern expectations?

Anna Perrotta:

The biggest difference was understanding that luxury in the Middle East is far more relationship-driven and experience-led. In Italy, heritage often speaks for itself. In the UAE, trust is built through personal connection, hospitality, and exceptional service. I had to bridge the quiet elegance of Italian luxury with the warm, high-touch expectations of Middle Eastern clients. It was not about changing the code, but translating it respectfully.

Namita Nayyar:

You’ve worked with major names like Damas Jewelry and Imperial Fashion. Can you share a specific project where your strategic advice significantly shifted a brand’s positioning in the GCC?

Anna Perrotta:

One project that stands out was repositioning a European fashion and jewelry concept for the GCC market by shifting the focus from product-led communication to lifestyle-led storytelling. Instead of speaking only about craftsmanship, we created experiences around exclusivity, femininity, and legacy. This significantly increased both visibility and emotional engagement with the audience. It changed how the brand was perceived—from foreign luxury to relevant aspiration.

Namita Nayyar:

You often speak of “translating the European Code of Luxury” for the Middle East. What are two non-negotiable elements of that code, no matter the market?

Anna Perrotta:

Two non-negotiable elements are authenticity and excellence. Authenticity means a brand must know who it is and never compromise its identity for trends. Excellence means every detail matters—from product quality to client service to packaging. Luxury is trust, and trust is built through consistency.

Namita Nayyar:

You established Artemis Luxe in 2025 as a marketing agency focused on brand building and experiential marketing. Why was 2025 the right time to launch your own company?

Anna Perrotta:

The year 2025 was the right time because I felt I had gathered enough experience across markets, sectors, and cultures to build something with true purpose. I did not want to create just another agency—I wanted to create a platform where strategy meets emotion, where luxury becomes meaningful. Artemis Luxe was born from maturity, not urgency.

Namita Nayyar:

Artemis Luxe is built on the belief that “empowered women empower the world.” You’ve recently created the Artemis Luxe Advisory Board with purpose-driven female leaders. How do you select those women, and what is the board’s first major goal?

Anna Perrotta:

I select women based on values before titles. I look for women who lead with integrity, purpose, and generosity—those who create impact beyond business. The first major goal of the Advisory Board is to build a cross-industry platform that supports female leadership, mentorship, and visibility in luxury, entrepreneurship, and innovation.

Namita Nayyar:

You were named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 by CIOThink Awards. What does that recognition mean to you, especially coming from the tech and thought-leadership space?

Anna Perrotta:

Being named Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2025 was deeply meaningful because it recognized not only business results, but vision and leadership. Coming from a tech and thought-leadership platform made it even more special, because it showed that luxury and innovation are not separate worlds. It reminded me that modern leadership requires both elegance and strategy.

Namita Nayyar:

Looking ahead to International Mother’s Day 2026, Artemis Luxe will likely celebrate women in a unique way. If you could share one message with working mothers who are trying to balance ambition, family, and self-care, what would it be?

Anna Perrotta:

My message to working mothers would be this: balance is not perfection, it is alignment. Some days you will give more to work, some days more to family, and both are valid. Do not measure yourself by guilt—measure yourself by presence. You do not need to be perfect, you need to be real.

Namita Nayyar:

Many of the women on your advisory board are mothers themselves. How does motherhood (your own or observing others) influence your leadership style and the way you design events and experiences at Artemis Luxe?

Anna Perrotta:

Motherhood teaches empathy, patience, and perspective. Even observing the incredible mothers around me has shaped how I lead. It reminds me that success should never come at the cost of humanity. At Artemis Luxe, we design experiences that honor the whole woman—not only the professional identity, but also the emotional and personal journey behind it.

Namita Nayyar:

Your success story is not a straight line—it moves from media to automotive to luxury to entrepreneurship. What is the one decision you made that looked risky at the time but turned out to be the most rewarding?

Anna Perrotta:

Moving to Dubai in 2017 was the riskiest and most rewarding decision. I left a strong European foundation to start again in a completely different market. It was uncertain and uncomfortable, but it transformed my career and my mindset. It taught me that growth often begins where comfort ends.

Namita Nayyar:

Let’s talk about resilience. You operate in a high-pressure industry with glamorous events, gala dinners, and press tours. How do you maintain mental clarity and emotional balance?

Anna Perrotta:

Mental clarity comes from boundaries and rituals. I protect my mornings, I stay selective with my energy, and I remind myself that glamour is not peace. I believe elegance starts with emotional discipline. Reflection, silence, and staying connected to purpose help me remain balanced in a very fast world.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you follow a specific exercise routine (e.g., Pilates, strength training, yoga, or high-intensity intervals)? How many times a week do you train, and at what time of day?

Anna Perrotta:

I believe movement is essential, both physically and mentally. I usually combine strength training, and walking, around four to five times a week. Morning sessions work best for me because they create focus for the rest of the day. I prefer consistency over intensity.

Namita Nayyar:

Italian cuisine is beautiful but rich. How do you balance enjoying authentic Italian food with staying energetic and healthy for your demanding schedule? Do you follow any particular diet (Mediterranean, intermittent fasting, plant-based)?

Anna Perrotta:

I follow a Mediterranean lifestyle more than a strict diet. I love authentic Italian food and I never believe in extreme restriction. Balance comes from quality, portion awareness, and listening to your body. I prioritize fresh ingredients, hydration, and simplicity. Luxury should also exist in how we nourish ourselves.

Namita Nayyar:

Your look is polished and elegant. What is your personal hair care philosophy—any favorite products or rituals you swear by, especially given Dubai’s climate?

Anna Perrotta:

My hair care philosophy is simple: protect before repair. Dubai’s climate requires extra hydration and protection from heat and sun. I focus on scalp health, quality masks, and minimal over-styling. Consistency matters more than quantity of products.

Namita Nayyar:

Can you walk us through your morning and evening skincare routine? What is one luxury skincare product you never travel without?

Anna Perrotta:

My morning skincare routine is focused on cleansing, hydration, antioxidant protection, and SPF—always SPF. In the evening, I prioritize deep cleansing, repair serums, and nourishment. The one luxury skincare product I never travel without is a high-quality serum that restores hydration and glow, because travel and climate changes affect the skin immediately.

Namita Nayyar:

Artemis Luxe currently offers Brand Consultancy, Social Media Management, Influencer Marketing, and Event Management. Which of these four pillars will you expand first in 2026–2027, and why?

Anna Perrotta:

The first pillar I want to expand is experiential marketing. In luxury; people remember how you made them feel more than what you showed them. Experiences create emotional loyalty, and that is where brands truly differentiate themselves. The future of luxury is immersive, not transactional. Also I want to expand branding and brand consultancy.

Strong brands are built on clarity, consistency, and emotional connection. In luxury, people do not only buy products—they buy identity, values, and belonging. Helping brands define their positioning while creating meaningful, memorable experiences is where I see the greatest impact for Artemis Luxe in 2026–2027.

Namita Nayyar:

You’ve said you want to leave a legacy of making “the complex and challenging world a little more beautiful.” If you could plant one seed today that will bloom ten years from now in the luxury industry, what would it be?

Anna Perrotta:

If I could plant one seed for the future, it would be redefining luxury through purpose. I want the industry to move beyond status and toward meaning—where craftsmanship, sustainability, and human connection are equally valued. True luxury should elevate people, not only products.

Namita Nayyar:

Finally, what is next for Anna Perrotta? A book, a foundation, a global Artemis Luxe conference for women leaders, or something entirely unexpected?

Anna Perrotta:

What is next for Anna Perrotta is probably a global Artemis Luxe conference for women leaders—a space where luxury, leadership, and purpose meet. I also see mentorship becoming a stronger part of my journey. Perhaps one day a book, yes—but first, I want to build rooms where powerful conversations happen and women leave stronger than they arrived.

Thank you, Anna. Your journey from Bocconi to Dubai, from Pomellato to Artemis Luxe, and your unwavering commitment to women’s leadership is an inspiration. We look forward to seeing your vision of strength continue to rise.
