Best Salads To Binge On

tuna green salad

  1. Lean Green Tuna Salad – This tuna salad skips the mayo and is made with a herbaceous dressing that is full of fresh flavors, minus the fat. It’s truly a salad you can binge on without worrying about packing on the pounds. It’s as healthy as you can get for a tuna salad. The dressing also packs vitamins and fiber so how can you not want to binge on this? Pack in a mason jar for a pretty office lunch, eat it with celery sticks or a bed of lettuce. Wrap it up in some lettuce as a lettuce wrap. Go crazy!

  1. Farmer’s Market Salad – The concept behind this salad is that you let the farmer’s market inspire you. This salad stays fresh and new every time because it’s seasonal. Find the best looking greens as your base for the salad. Find the seasonal fruits that are at its peak and slice them into your salad. And finally, find a delicious cheese from the market to toss into the salad. You just can’t go wrong here as you let the ingredients speak for itself. You don’t need to worry about eating the same salad and getting bored. You’ll binge on these seasonal farmer’s market salads to no end!

  1. Watermelon Feta Salad – Now that’s summer, melons are in season and watermelon is one of my favorite fruits to snack on. It’s the perfect summer fruit as it’s juicy, refreshing, sweet, and the best thirst quencher for those hot summer days. But watermelon isn’t just good for a sweet treat. Watermelon is incredibly delicious in savory dishes as well. Watermelon feta salad with mint is to die for. It’s light, flavorful and refreshing as a salad and pairs beautifully with rose or champagne. I put this salad on weekly rotations for lunch and as a side for dinner. Pair it with some grilled fish or chicken and we’re in business. And did I mention how easy it is to make this salad? You just need, watermelon, feta, mint, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. It’s THAT EASY!
