Lily Aspen: Social Media Honcho and A Millionairess With A Heart of Gold

Lily Aspen is a Russian and American Digital Marketing Strategy Specialist, Owner of $7 Million Consulting Business, Creator of #1 Russian Instagram Community about SMM, and Content Creator Consultant for International companies including PornHub.

She was born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Russia. She grew up with her two stepbrothers, stepfather and mother, who worked as psychologist and artist. While she was attending high school, she was already trying to find a way to help her family, which was struggling financially.

In 2007, right after she finished her school, she was hired as a marketing strategist into one of Russia’s largest chains of coffeehouses -“Shokoladnitsa”. In 2010, she went to the marketing department of a big car dealer chain “Rolf”. She realized that she is pretty good at it, and the time has come to conquer the online market. With hard work and a genuine understanding of marketing principles, she became a big success and earned popularity in her Instagram account. In 2014, eager to gain more experience and share it with others, she decided to open her own online SMM School. That year she made her first million rubles by helping hundreds of small businesses to evolve, expand and grow their income.

In 2017, she made one more significant step in her life and moved to California. She continued her online Marketing School work and started her personal Instagram account where she shares her day-to-day life, how to succeed as a woman in this still quite patriarchal field, and how to build healthy business relationships while staying in balance with yourself. She indeed has good advice to share since at this moment, her business is striving, her income has reached $1million per month and it is continuing to grow.

One of the constant things in her life is to stay hungry for knowledge. She has three Master’s Degrees, finished Harvard’s courses in 2020, and is currently attending Stanford. Despite a busy work schedule, she loves to travel a lot, discover new places, and meet new people. She has her heart in the right place and believes in balance in everything, so part of her income goes to help a few charity projects in Russia and the United States.

She has donated $60,000 as of 2021, and 10% of her income is being transferred monthly to charities. However, her biggest passion is to support children in Africa. She believes it’s a part of her life’s mission to build a school from scratch for the kids in Africa. After she makes it happen, she plans to open her own resort in Africa for like-minded people. Those who are tired of this fast rhythmic world and ready to find who they are prepared to find their balance and the tools they need to heal themselves.

Namita Nayyar:

You were born and raised in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Due to family circumstances just after attending high school, you decided to pursue as a marketing strategist into one of Russia’s largest chains of coffeehouses -“Shokoladnitsa” and later being an Instagram Influencer. This later propelled your career to a greater height as a world-leading Social media and marketing consultant, you then started your own Online Social Media Marketing School (SMM). Tell us more about your professional journey of exceptional hard work, tenacity, and endurance.

Lily Aspen:

Despite facing challenging family circumstances after high school, I dove headfirst into the marketing world and landed a job as a strategist at “Shokoladnitsa,” one of Russia’s largest coffeehouse chains. There, I mastered consumer behavior, branding, and digital marketing strategies.

Realizing the power of social media, I transitioned into becoming an Instagram influencer, leveraging my personal brand to connect with audiences. This journey opened doors to consultancy opportunities, but at some point it became hard, I just didn’t have time to consult everybody.

That’s how I founded my own Online Social Media Marketing School (SMM) and blog, empowering entrepreneurs to create online shops and personal branding.

Namita Nayyar:

You wish to open your resort in Africa for like-minded people, especially for those who are tired of the fast rhythmic world and ready to find who they are, prepared to find their balance and the tools they need to heal themselves. Elaborate how you plan to make the equilibrium meet between the fast world of business and social media with a life of complete pleasure in doing small and simple things.

Lily Aspen:

I started my spiritual journey a long time ago. I’m sure you can’t grow without proper life balance, as you grow your speed of life becomes faster, so you need a place to slow down. I’ve been to great places with wonderful service and I have a vision of a perfect resort. My perfect scenario is workation: when you can merge your career and new great places to stay.

Namita Nayyar:

It is a dream for a model to be featured on the cover of Iconic Playboy Magazine. You were honored to be on its covers multiple times, namely on Playboy Ukraine in July 2021, Playboy Australia in May 2021 (Digital), Playboy New Zealand in January 2024, and Playboy South Africa in February 2024. Tell us more about working with the professional team of Playboy Magazine and what you learned as a glamour model with these campaigns.

Lily Aspen:

It’s hard to believe but my maximum weight was 1;9 kg, and when I moved to LA and started modeling I already lost 60 kg but was still far away from beauty standards and was wearing size Large. I learned that the key to a successful modeling career goes beyond appearance. It involves resilience, dedication, and a strong sense of self.

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us about your journey from being 300 lbs in weight to losing 200 lbs. How you overcome morbid obesity, and your literal total-body surgery. For you, it was a complete physical and mental makeover. Elaborate.

Lily Aspen:

It wasn’t an easy journey, as all life-changing events. I tried different diets, to maintain the weight. Bariatric surgery doesn’t guarantee you weight loss if you don’t maintain it and that’s when your mind comes to the stage. I worked a lot with a psychologist and continue to do so. I do yoga and hiking and of course my portions now are very small. It’s been 6 years after my bariatric surgery and I’m grateful I’m still able to keep my weight in a healthy range.

Namita Nayyar:

In your pursuit of giving back to society deliver a part of your income to help charity projects in Russia and the United States. You have donated $60,000 as of 2021, and 10% of your income is being transferred monthly to charities. However, your biggest passion is to support children in Africa. One of the parts of your life’s mission is to build a school from scratch for the kids in Africa. Tell us more about this aspect of your life as a philanthropist.

Lily Aspen:

To be honest it’s such a basic routine of my life so it’s hard to tell anything specific. I know I can help so I do so, children and giraffes are my biggest passion, so there are always monthly donations

Namita Nayyar:

You are a world-leading marketing strategist, social media personality, glamour model, philanthropist, and entrepreneur. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Lily Aspen:

I rest and have my own routine to recharge: like spa, massages and going to museums.

Namita Nayyar:

Women Fitness talks about diets and fitness regime, do you follow any special diet? What is your favorite cuisine?

Lily Aspen:

I’m such a picky and small eater, so it’s hard to tell. But I do have my guilty pleasure, it’s red and black caviar with blinis. Wherever I see that restaurant has it, I’m on it!

Namita Nayyar:

Five foods you love and five you keep to a minimum.

Lily Aspen:

I love intellectual dates, so I’d like to go to the museum, discuss art or maybe a spontaneous travel within LA, there are so many cool places I’ve never been

Namita Nayyar:

What do you wish to say about the website Womenfitness.net and the message for its visitors?

Lily Aspen:

Being attractive goes beyond looks, involving qualities that draw people in. Ultimately, a combination of inner confidence, kindness, and individuality tends to have a more lasting impact, making attractiveness a holistic and enduring quality.

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding social media model girls, who all are your fans and would like to know from you about their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling.

Lily Aspen:

Embrace your uniqueness, work hard, and maintain a positive mindset. Confidence and professionalism are just as important as physical attributes in the competitive world of modeling and influencing
