Jennifer Aniston, the 44-year-old put her enviable legs on display in a babydoll style frock at the launch of her longtime yoga teacher Mandy Ingber’s new book Yogalosophy: 28 Days To The Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover in Los Angeles on Tuesday. But the double layered style of the layered dress added bulk to her frame leaving her looking somewhat maternal. She has one of the hottest bodies in Hollywood, which she credits largely to her dedicated yoga practice. But Jennifer Aniston’s red carpet pose left her looking rather curvier than usual as she posed side on.

Jennifer certainly looked blooming as she posed in the low-cut dress that cinched in at the waist before flaring out as she posed at the event, which was hosted by Self Magazine.
She added a boost of height to her 5ft 5in frame with her favourite strappy black heels, her only jewelry a couple of thin bracelets and her giant diamond engagement ring from fiance Justin Theroux. And she wore her long honey blonde hair in her signature straight loose style over her shoulders, and added a generous dusting of bronzer to her cheeks to enhance her California beachy glow.

Jennifer has been a yoga devotee for years, and has said in the past that she practices yoga with Mandy at least three times a week. ‘Yoga strengthens my muscles and gives me a great sense of peace and calm. It also improves my breathing and centres me. ‘I usually follow yoga with about 40 minutes of cardio – hiking, running or at the gym,’ the star said in 2010.

Also at the event was Kate Beckinsale, who looked incredible in a black off-the-shoulder clingy dress. The 39-year-old – also a dedicated yoga practitioner – showed off the fruits of her labor in the frock, which showcased her toned arms and shapely calves. She donned pointy white heels and dangling earrings, and wore her brown hair in a wispy low bun.

The English actress has said that she practices yoga at least five times a week, often with Mandy. Her trainer spoke with E! Online on recently, saying that even while on vacation, the actress makes sure to keep up with her workouts. ‘She has a naturally beautiful body, so yoga really keeps her toned and trim, highlighting her shape. She is very in tuned into her body,’ Mandy said.

In 2007, Forbes rated Aniston as one of the top 10 richest women in entertainment and estimated her net worth to be about $110 million. Aniston was also included in the annual Star Salary Top 10 of trade magazine The Hollywood Reporter for 2006. According to Forbes, in October 2007, Aniston was the top-selling celebrity face of the entertainment industry. She was also Hollywood’s most profitable actress. Aniston has been on the Forbes Celebrity 100 list, based on “earnings and fame”, every year since 2001, topping the list in 2003. For the year of 2008, Forbes listed Aniston’s earnings as $27 million.

In 2005, Aniston became the first-ever GQ Woman of the Year. She has appeared on People’s annual list of The Most Beautiful every year since 1995, and came in at #1 in 2004. She also topped the magazine’s Best Dressed List in 2006. She has been a regular on FHMs 100 Sexiest Women list since 1996, ranking at #79 in 2012, #81 in 2010, #24 in 2009 and #27 in 2008. In 2011 The Telegraph reported the most sought after body parts of the rich and famous revealed by two Hollywood plastic surgeons who carried out a survey among their patients to build up the picture of what the perfect woman would look like. Under the category of the most sought after body shape Aniston was voted in the top three alongside Gisele Bündchen and Penélope Cruz. In the same year, readers of Men’s Health magazine voted Aniston the “Sexiest Woman of All Time”. Although Aniston disliked the hairstyle she wore during her first two years on Friends, “The Rachel” became and remains very popular among women.

Her bouncing waves regularly top polls as the hairstyle most desired by women. But the man who looks after Kate Middleton’s hair has confessed that in the race for most popular haircut, the Duchess of Cambridge is beaten by ‘The Rachel’.

Twenty years after it was first made famous by Jennifer Aniston in hit American sitcom Friends, the style is still regarded by Richard Ward as the one that women really wanted.

The Chelsea-based hairdresser, whose team has tended to the tresses of not just Kate but the entire Middleton family, was speaking at the launch of shopping site tothetops.com .He said: ‘I really don’t remember another time in my whole career where people have come in and asked for a haircut as many times as they have asked for a Rachel. Not even people wanting their haircut like Kate Middleton and she has the most beautiful hair.’

He added the only other celebrity style to have come close to The Rachel was the bob Victoria Beckham sported a few years ago. The royal-mother-to-be is a loyal client at Mr Ward’s salon and it is believed he even cut in the fringe she debuted last November days before she confirmed she was pregnant. Mr Ward said: “I’ve done so many celebrity haircuts that I’m proud of- Kate Middleton being one of them but, you know what, if I could actually create something like the Rachel – Jennifer Aniston’s haircut in Friends – or Meg Ryan’s haircut, those kind of classic haircuts I wouldn’t work any more.’

Last week the man behind Miss Aniston’s most famous hairstyle revealed he was high when he created ‘The Rachel’. Chris McMillan made the confession during an interview saying ‘I’m 14 years sober – so I feel safe enough to say that.’ Mr McMillan created the cut for Miss Aniston, 44, for the role of Rachel Green in hit TV show Friends, between the first and second seasons of the sitcom. The Rachel duly became one of the most requested styles in salons around the world during the 1990s and according to one poll remains the most popular of all time among British women.

In interviews with the US media, Mr McMillan said he designed the look because Miss Aniston’s hair was originally long and frizzy.
