Regarding your current weight, find out if your weight is affecting your health, if your extra weight is caused by a health problem such as hypothyroidism, if you need to lose weight or if you should just avoid gaining more. If you decide that you need to lose weight, find out what your weight-loss goals should be and how losing weight will help you.

Finally, find out more about nutrition and physical activity, like how you should change your eating habits, what kinds of physical activity you can do, what kinds you need, and how much you need.
