Women Fitness President Ms. Namita Nayyar catches up Patrycja Gulanowska, an exceptionally talented Influencer and Fashion Model here she talks about her hair care, skincare and her success story.

Namita Nayyar:

You grew up in Poland. Tell us about your early childhood and education. Later you started working as a model in Poland and the UK with now your career is propelled of an Instagram sensation to the height where you have been at the top of the world of fashion and glamour modeling with impressive 508k Instagram followers. Tell us more about this journey of hard work, tenacity, and endurance?

Patrycja Gulanowska:

Yes I grow up in Poland and I went to high school in Poland also. I was travelling a lot as a model. I went to Paris and lived there for a year with short brakes. I have so many beautiful memories from there! I did six fashion shows for Christian Dior for example! And I absolutely loved it! I was also model in Bangkok and that was amazing experience too!

Namita Nayyar:

You are one of the leading model and star of Instagram. Tell us more about this endeavor of yours and how it had been a catalyst to turn you such an epitome of glamour, beauty, and elegance?

Patrycja Gulanowska:

Well at first I don’t think I am an Instagram star (laughing) there is so many stars out there and I am not considering myself as one of them but thank you!

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us more about an exceptional career achievement of yours and how this has been a turning point in your modeling and Instagram star career?

Patrycja Gulanowska:

My Instagram started to grow many years ago and that was just by accident when one of the modeling Instagram pages posted my pictures and tagged my account…From that day everyone started to follow me like crazy! And that’s how it started…I started to work more on my account and on my feed! Thinking how to make it better…and this is where I am now

Namita Nayyar:

You are a world-leading media personality, Instagram star, model, and brand ambassador. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?

Patrycja Gulanowska:

Well as I said before I do not consider myself as a Star! But definitely I work hard to keep my Instagram feed interesting and inspiring. Having a big account like mine takes a lot of your time! But I can’t complain

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Patrycja Gulanowska:

You probably gonna laugh but…I do not exercise a lot at all! I only work on my abs sometimes and I try to walk a lot but other than that nothing else! I have always been slim and tall so this probably helps not getting fat or anything like that! It’s my genetics.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Patrycja Gulanowska:

I do not! I am trying to keep balance and if I eat a lot of chocolate for example than I try to not eat dinner. I have always been avoiding eating bread or too much pasta but since last year I eat everything and I feel happy!

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.

Patrycja Gulanowska:

Oh thank you! I have never had any issues with my skin so I am lucky but I always try to do scrubs once per week and always use good skincare brands. If it comes to my hair…well I have a great hairdresser and she keeps my hair looking good!

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Patrycja Gulanowska:

I train my abs watching videos on YouTube! I love abs with Mel B.

Namita Nayyar:

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep it to a minimum.

Patrycja Gulanowska:

I absolutely love all the pasta in the world, cheese (any), cakes, pancakes and fresh bread with butter! I don’t like fat meat or anything what taste like fat
