Ok, I am a mother of three, recently having given birth to
twins last summer. I am '5,9" and 145-150 lbs. I
exercise at home....mostly abdominal exercises. I also
run if the weather is permissible, which during the
winter...isn't. I want to be in absolute great shape and
feel good about my body. I feel I have a good body, but
not a great one....I want to be completely toned. What
exercises should I do at my age our what should I be

Hi, I just had my first baby
in April 2006. I had to have a c-section, I was 166 lbs
and wearing a size 18 jeans and now I am down to 133lbs
and I can fit into a size 7 to an 8. I am still having
problems with my stomach though. it is still rather
doughy. My jeans do fit when I'm standing up but when I
sit down I have this roll of fat that sticks out. I HATE
it so much! I want to know what I need to do to lose more
of my stomach and is it possible? I am 5 foot 1 and am
still 133lbs. I know I'm doing good but like I said, I
want to lose that the part of my stomach that sticks out
when I sit down. I am firmed up everywhere else but my
stomach. another question I had is how can I lose my back
fat? it is so visible after I put my bra on, I hate
wearing tight shirts because I feel so fat in them due to
my back fat. or could my bra's possibly be too tight? if
so how to I figure out what is the right bra for me? all
