React Mobile LLC was established in 2011 with the singular goal to protect
people in times of distress. When we first came up with the idea behind
React Mobile?, we wanted to develop a tool to improve safety on university
and corporate campuses. Institutions are actively installing and maintaining
blue light emergency phones which help to create the perception of safety on
campuses. While there is no doubt that these blue light emergency phones
serve a purpose, we wanted to develop technology that puts the power of an
emergency blue light phone in the palm of every students hand, thus, arming

Robb Monkman is co-founder of React Mobile LLC. He has over 8 years of
marketing and management experience at multiple start-ups. For the past 3
years Monkman has served as the Marketing Director for CoCo Communications,
marketing advanced networking and tactical emergency communications software
to the Department of Defence and the Department of Homeland Security. With
experience launching multiple products, Robb has served as the founder of a
food, nightlife, and event web site and is one of the founders of an online
social network targeting non-profits. Robb received his B.A. in Business
from Loyola Marymount University and an M.B.A. from Seattle University.
