Quadriceps, Lower Back
INSTRUCTIONS

Position yourself on a leg press
machine with the legs bent at knee, close to your chest.

Straighten your leg by pushing
against the weight. You can place your hands by the side of the
body or hold on to the bar of the machine.

Remember your back should be
supported throughout.

Slowly return to starting
position.

Repeat.
DON’T
-
Remember, to keep your back
pressed against the bench throughout the motion.
