"Proper Conditioning & mindset essential for fitness" says, Ashley Anton

Having a background in competitive gymnastics and currently a professional competitor for Miss Fitness USA & National Finalist for 2011 is no other than, Ashley Del Monte Anton. After being a gymnast for10 years  Ashley  was forced to retire from the sport after suffering multiple severe injuries.  While competing, she never understood why she was injured so often. This was a testing time for her but,  managed to channel all her self-frustration into something positive and began coaching.  Coaching gave her a new perspective on the proper training an athlete needs and the ability to customize each individuals’ workout to keep them safe from injury.

Her  fitness trainer motivated her and guaranteed that she would not get injured if given the proper conditioning. Lack of proper conditioning can prove detrimental to one's health.  Every level of competition requires specific training which she learned later in life and how a lack of it can harm the body.  Fitness can give one not only physical strength; but also the mental strength  needed to change one's life and view it in a positive way.  With achievements comes the feeling of fulfillment, and setting target of achieving higher standards/goals. Gaining self-confidence  is the the best award one can wish for.

She intends to spread the wonderful things fitness has brought to her life by continuing to coach gymnastics and by training others to become fit. Her area of focus is  children and adolescents, to help them discover not only the physical health benefits of fitness, but also the confidence it can bring to your life.

This Ashley has to say  About Women Fitness " I love womenfitness.net because it is extremely insightful for every woman, no matter her lifestyle or age. The site offers well-rounded material about every aspect of being a healthy woman from fitness, to diet, to beauty, even to relationships. Being a fitness competitor I can truly say this is an excellent site; even for people who make fitness a profession. I found the site searching for an online magazine which I could consistently read that would offer me information that was not generalized or that I would find in every other magazine. Any woman could view this site and learn of a new way to become healthier, more beautiful, and enjoy just being a woman!"

WF  team thanks Ashley Anton for the kind words.
