Instructions :

  • Lightly brown sausage; finely chop. Finely chop ham, corned beef and onion. Add with chopped parsley. Heat until hot.

  • Add 1/2 cup flour and dry mustard. Combine. Add milk; cook until thickened. Remove from heat.

  • Stir in drained and finely chopped sauerkraut. Refrigerate until chilled. Shape into 3/4-inch balls.

  • Roll balls in 1 cup flour. Combine eggs and water, and dip balls into liquid. Roll balls in bread crumbs.

  • Deep fry balls, 10 at a time, for about 2 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve on wooden picks with mustard sauce for dipping.

  • 5/16 ounce Sausage Prok, 1 link

  • 5/16 ounce Ham smoked lean

  • 5/16 ounce Corned beef

  • 0.15 medium Onion raw

  • 1/16 teaspoon Parsley, chopped

  • 2.1 teaspoons Mustard yellow

  • 1/16 cup Milk skim

  • 0.225 cup Sauerkraut

  • 0.225 cup All purpose flour

  • 0.15 large Egg

  • 1/16 cup Water

  • 0.225 cup Bread crumps

  • 5/16 cup Safflower oil
