5/16 ounce Sausage Prok, 1 link

5/16 ounce Ham smoked lean

5/16 ounce Corned beef

0.15 medium Onion raw

1/16 teaspoon Parsley, chopped

2.1 teaspoons Mustard yellow

1/16 cup Milk skim

0.225 cup Sauerkraut

0.225 cup All purpose flour

0.15 large Egg
-
1/16 cup Water

0.225 cup Bread crumps

5/16 cup Safflower oil
Directions

Lightly brown sausage; finely chop. Finely chop ham, corned beef and onion. Add with chopped parsley. Heat until
hot.

Add 1/2 cup flour and dry mustard. Combine. Add milk; cook until thickened. Remove from heat.

Stir in drained and finely chopped sauerkraut. Refrigerate until chilled. Shape into 3/4-inch balls.

Roll balls in 1 cup flour. Combine eggs and water, and dip balls into liquid. Roll balls in bread crumbs.

Deep fry balls, 10 at a time, for about 2 minutes or until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve on wooden picks with mustard sauce for dipping.
