Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Kelianne Stankus:

Fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I’ve been working out since I was 7. So, I go through my stages of wanting to work out and not wanting to step foot inside a gym. You can always find me doing some type of handstand though!

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Kelianne Stankus:

I honestly think my abs are from all the handstands and flips. Engaging your core is so important when doing these skills. I also like to do hanging wall leg raises; it is such a good exercise to engage your entire core. I always remember having to do them at the end of gymnastics practice!

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Kelianne Stankus:

So growing up I had to be on a “diet”, but I don’t like to limit myself to a certain diet. It definitely throws me off and makes me want to eat everything I’m not supposed to. I enjoy eating healthy foods because it makes me feel better. If I want an ice cream I’m going to eat it. I also don’t really eat fast food. Since I started dating Chase I haven’t eaten any fast food. The only drive through we got to is In N Out!

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.

Kelianne Stankus:

I love Sushi, bread, steak, potatoes, and veggies. I try to keep mostly candy and chips to a minimum.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.

Kelianne Stankus:

Skin and hair are something I’ve always tried to take care off. I’ve been really into skincare the past two years. I’ve noticed a huge difference after I started taking care of it. I always, always do my skincare nighttime routine no matter what. I never sleep with makeup on. I also think it’s important to find products that work with your skin.

Namita Nayyar:

Five skincare myths.

Kelianne Stankus:

I’m not an expert on skincare but these are some things I find don’t work for me. Using Exfoliating creams do more damage than good. I love to use a AHA/BHA exfoliate. If you have oily skin you don’t need to moisturize. I always had oily skin growing up and avoided moisturizer because I thought it would make me oilier. Definitely not true at all, it’s all about finding the right products.
