You have been honored to be on the cover of Iconic magazines such as Bazaar Vietnam, L’OFFICIEL Baltic, Elléments Magazine, and FHM Magazine Sweden. Elaborate on your experience of working with these magazines and reaching an important milestone in your modeling career.

Maria Vicario:

The cover of a magazine is usually a place reserved for great celebrities, without a doubt it has been a great honor for me to work with such talented people, and that the result of this work has reached other latitudes where I never thought I would reach before.

Namita Nayyar:

You have worked with established renowned musicians in the videos of Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee, Ozuna, Anuel, J Balvin, Wisin, Nicky Jam, Arcangel, and American artists like Lil Mosey, Lil Wayne, Da baby, Tory Lanez, and Jack Harlow. And with directors such as Gus, Mike Ho, Marlon Peña, José Javi Ferrer, and Eric Duars. How does working with such professionals act as a catalyst in your meteoric rise as a leading model?

Maria Vicario:

Music videos will always be special to me because they were my first encounter with the cameras…. I can describe it as exciting and enriching. It’s always a lot of fun for me to be on set, it’s like I belonged in that place.

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Maria Vicario:

I love HIIT cardio; it is definitely a way to burn calories and tighten your muscles in a short time. I also love all the ways to train outdoors- I always look for a way to burn calories and interact with nature at the same time! One of my favorite things is skating on the beach, skiing, and practicing yoga outdoors.

As for gym routines I like to follow the experts and when I’m away from home, with good music and a couple of training apps there are no excuses to get moving!

Namita Nayyar:

How do you train your abs? One secret to your toned body.

Maria Vicario:

In addition to training daily, it’s important for all of us to know that Abs isn’t made in the gym they are made in the kitchen! Then I feel that is where you have to make the best decisions!

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically?

Maria Vicario:

“We are what we eat” is a phrase that we have all heard at least once in our lives and it is as impressive as it is true. For me even what I eat determines even my mood.
I start the day with eggs, almost always! Salads, vegetables, salmon and meat, are my favorites.
