Nya de la Rubia: Exceptionally Talented Award Winning Spanish Actress and Singer Talks About Her Success Story

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?

Nya de la Rubia:

I like to play paddle tennis; group sports amuse me a lot. My routine is to go to the gym two to three times a week; there I do a little bit of cardio and then exercises that help me tone my body.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Nya de la Rubia:

I like to eat healthy food and you can eat healthy and delicious, it is true that I love sweets and potatoes but I do not abuse too much. The ideal is to have two days off and not be so strict all the time.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.

Nya de la Rubia:

It is true that I am lucky about it and years ago I did not have a routine of care, but I have been taking care of myself for a long time already. My routine with my hair is to use masks, oils and serums because my hair is curly and therefore very dry and I need to hydrate it a lot. And my skin, in the morning I use some ampoules to hydrate with a day cream and before going to sleep I use argon oil. I like to take care of myself.

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding upcoming singing star girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of singing?

Nya de la Rubia:

The best advice is to be yourself, be confident, believe in yourself, of course always learn from everyone and be humble.

Namita Nayyar:

Tell us more about your upcoming professional projects in acting and singing?

Nya de la Rubia:

I am preparing my next single called “Fuego” which will be released on May 21 with a “barroso” artist who collaborates on it. I am very motivated to keep releasing singles and then drop my EP on vinyl, called “Raíces”. On the other hand, in the world of acting I’m waiting for the role that I’m sure will come soon.

Namita Nayyar:

You won the Best Actress Award at the Leon Film and TV Festival 2017. Tell us more about this spectacular achievement of yours? How it acted as a catalyst in motivating your to perform and take your acting career to much greater heights?

Nya de la Rubia:

Whenever there is recognition for your work, it makes you feel great but it is not the most important thing for me. All I think about is working on projects that I am passionate about. I am a woman who does not wait to be called. You have to fight and go for all.

Namita Nayyar:

How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Nya de la Rubia:

Taking care of our bodies is a must, because we can only take care of our minds with a healthy body.

Namita Nayyar:

Five foods you absolutely love and five you keep to a minimum.

Nya de la Rubia:

I love sushi, seafood, meat, and pasta. I try not to eat a lot of sweets, pizzas, fried stuff and chocolate.

Namita Nayyar:

Five travel destinations on your wish list.

Nya de la Rubia:

I would love to visit Bali, Egypt, India, China and Cuba.

Namita Nayyar:
