Teresa Riott: Spanish Actress and Theater Artist talks about her workout, Diet, and Beauty Secrets

Namita Nayyar:

What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share? Especially Yoga exercises you do.

Teresa Riott:

A free stretching routine in the morning is a must. Later if there is time a few rounds of greetings to the sun help me face the day more lightly. Also now I am doing fitness chi kung to adapt my body to a new character that I am working on and I love how it makes me feel, I recommend it 100%. I also have gym equipment at home, trx, to pump iron, elastic bands with which I practice strength.

Namita Nayyar:

Do you take some special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?

Teresa Riott:

At the moment, yes, I am preparing a character that requires a physical effort and for this I contacted a nutritionist who also does the exercise routine for me and I have a varied butstrict diet. When I’m not working my diet is flexible but always 100% vegan.

Namita Nayyar:

You have glowing skin and gorgeous hair. Share with us your hair care and skincare routine.

Teresa Riott:

I honestly take care of myself a lot. First I try to put on makeup as little as possible on a day-to-day basis. For me the secret is hydration, I have a face and eyes pack with serum and cream that gives me a lot of calm to the skin and luminosity that I apply day and night. During the day, being at home I refresh my face and I usually put natural oils.
For my hair I trust a lot in masks, I also like to buy packs of shampoo and mask for blonde and damaged hair and I always comb my hair by applying some oil or moisturizing styling cream.

Namita Nayyar:

Advice and motivational words to the inspiring and budding fashion model girls, who all are your fans and shall like to know from you for their climb to the ladder of success in the field of modeling?

Teresa Riott:

I would love to be able to advise you to know yourself and love each other. Confidence is something precious that opens many doors for you, perhaps they were not the ones youdreamed of but they will be grateful for everything that comes if they are already happy with themselves.

Namita Nayyar:

How you are so body confident and advice to your compatriots?

Teresa Riott:

Trust really is something that is worked on every day; it helps a lot to have people around you who love you just as you are. For me it is important not to compare myself with others and tohave health as a goal.
