Ingredients

  • 50 gms. Apple

  • 50 gms. Papaya

  • 50 gms. Chickoo

  • 50 gms. Banana

  • 50 gms. Iceberg lettuce

  • 50 gms. Yellow pepper1 gm. black salt

  • 2 gms. Dry mango powder (amchur)

  • 2 gms. Chaat masala

Directions

  • Peel, deseed and clean all the fruits and vegetables.

  • Dry, dice and toss with black salt, dry mango powder and chaat masala.

Makes 1 1/8 cups dressing and 16 cups salad.
