Banana Split Pie

Instructions :   

  • First make pie crust: Combine 2 cups graham cracker crumbs, 1/3 cup melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Form to pie pan. Bake 10 minutes 350 degrees F. 

  • Next make pie filling: Combine Confectioner's sugar, eggs, 1 stick of margarine. Beat on high speed for 10 minutes. Pour into cooled baked pie crust. 

  • Add bananas cut lenghtwise in threes, drained crushed pineapple, a large container of cool whip and nuts. Refrigerate overnight.
