Custard Apple Mousse In Chocolate Cups

Instructions :   

  • Cut butter paper into 12 squares of 6.5 cm each.

  • Spread the lukewarm melted chocolate over them.

  • Pull up the edges to make uneven shaped cups and refrigerate them till set.

  • Melt the gelatine in a little water.

  • Beat the egg yolks, sugar and milk together and cook over a bain�marie till it thickens.

  • Add the gelatine. Stir well and allow to cool.

  • Add the cream and custard apple pulp.

  • Mix well and spoon into the chocolate cups.

  • Peel out the paper and serve.

  • Milk chocolate 150 g , melted and cooled

  • Gelatine 10 g

  • Yolks 4 egg

  • Sugar 50 g

  • Milk 100 ml

  • Whipped cream 50 g
