Instructions :

Preheat the oven to 350 Deg. F. Spray a 15 x 10
x 2 inch baking pan with vegetable oil spray.

Make the cake: Combine the chocolate and water
in a small saucepan and warm over low heat for 3 minutes, until
melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.

In a small bowl, combine the flour and baking
soda. In a mixing bowl, mix the sugar and prunes.

Add teh vanilla and buttermilk and stir
thoroughly. Add the chocolate and stir well.

In the mixing bowl of an electric mixer, beat
the egg white on medium speed until frothy.

Fold into the prune mixture. Slowly add the
flour mixture in quarter-cup amounts.

Combine gently, slowly folding with a spatula,
until smooth.

Pour into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.

Cool completely before frosting.

Make the frosting with 1 cup confectioners'
sugar 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract, and complete with icing.

4 ounces Chocolate chunks/semi-sweet (Hersheys)
coarsely chopped

6 large Egg white lightly beaten

2 cups Flour All Purpose
-
1 cup Prunes dried stewed (pitted)
(Or two 2-1/2 ounce jars strained baby food)

2 cups Sugar Granulated
-
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
-
1/2 cup Water
