Instructions :    

  • Mix all the ingredients, except the paneer strips and the breadcrumbs.

  • Take a little vegetable mash in one hand and flatten it to make a small disc.

  • Place a paneer strip in the centre. Cover it completely with the vegetable mixture. Repeat with the rest of the mash.

  • Roll the croquettes in the bread crumbs and  deep fry in hot oil crisp and golden.

Ingredients :

  • 250 g potatoes, boiled and mashed 

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs 

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrot and green peas), boiled and lightly mashed 

  • 2 tbsp gramflour (besan) 

  • salt to taste 

  • 200 g cottage cheese (paneer), cut into 1.5 cm thick strips 

  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped 

  • 1/4 tsp garam masalapowder 

  • 1 tsp coriander powder 

  • 1 tsp chilli powder 

  • 1 tsp chilli-ginger (1/2 tsp chopped ginger) 

  • 1/4 tsp cummin seeds, roasted and powdered 

  • 2 tbsp chopped spring onion 

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
