Instructions :
-
Mix
all the ingredients, except the paneer strips and the breadcrumbs.

Take a
little vegetable mash in one hand and flatten it to make a small
disc.

Place
a paneer strip in the centre. Cover it completely with the vegetable
mixture. Repeat with the rest of the mash.

Roll
the croquettes in the bread crumbs and deep fry in hot oil
crisp and golden.
