Instructions :
To prepare the filling:
-
Heat the butter, and
onion, garlic, chilli-ginger paste and mushrooms. Fry for a minute,
add the cheese, coriander leaves, salt, garam masala powder and
pepper powder. Mix well and set aside.
To prepare the cones:
-
Mix
the chopped spinach mashed potato, chilli-ginger paste, salt, garam
masala powder and cornflour. Mix to a dough.

Lightly grease your hands and take a little dough in your hand,
shape into a triangle.

Place
a little filling in the centre, and cover it with some of the potato
dough, to form a cone.

Dip in
the beaten egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till
crisp and golden. Serve hot.

eggs, beaten 1/2 cup breadcrumbs oil for frying

filling:

2 tbsp
butter

1 onion, chopped

1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp green chilli-ginger
paste

8 mushrooms, chopped

1/2 cup grated cheese
-
2 salt to taste

2
tbsp coriander leaves, chopped, salt to taste

1/4 tsp garam masala
powder

Freshly ground black pepper
