Instructions :

Soak the rice and urad dal separately.

Grind the rice to a coarse thrick paste with
water, and the urad dal to a very fine, smooth, butter like
consistency. Mix the two together, add salt, mix again; and keep
overnight for fermentation.

The next day, sprinkle the chilli flakes, pepper
and oregano onto greased idli tray moulds and pour the idli batter
over it.

Place the rack in a steamer and steam for five
to ten minutes or till done.
