Instructions :   

  • Dice red pepper and chop parsley. 

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook red pepper and onion in margarine until crisp-tender. Add remaining ingredients. 

  • Cook until most of liquid is absorbed, about 4 minutes.

  • 6-3/4 ounces Mushrooms sliced canned

  • 2/3 teaspoon Salt
