Jeannie Di Bon has been teaching Pilates since 2008. She trained with internationally renowned organisations – Polestar Pilates, Body Control Pilates and is a member of the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA).
She is the founder of her successful Pilates and Yoga Studio in London, United Kingdom – Create Pilates – www.createpilates.com, where she continues to enjoy teaching clients every week. She writes regularly at her own blog.
Jeannie’s specialism is in rehabilitation from injury or illness, back-care and sports performance. She works closely with medical professionals and trains tennis players, skiers and runners.
