My name is Simone and I am the creator of the Healthy Body Books. I have always had a passion for health! There has always been something inside me that knows that for me to be able to do everything I want to do, and be the person I want to be, that health would have to be a priority in my life.
For a long time I made it through eating whatever I wanted to eat, and going about my day, however at that time I was very active, dancing a lot, doing exercise at least 5 times a week, but fun exercise, so I never really counted it…. until it stopped. Moving interstate really put a big change into my routine; however I kept eating the same. It took about 3 months before I really noticed that things had to change, I was no longer as fit and healthy as I was used to being. But with limited time, my usual exercise routine was not going to work. I had to find another way! And so the quest began.
I searched long and hard, and tried many different things, diets, natural therapies, self help anything, and I have finally got things back under control and the way they are supposed to be for me.
These books are for you out there who also may need to find another way. Something in your life may not be working and may be stopping you from being the person you want to be and living the life you want to live.
