INGREDIENTS:

pounds Steak Shell Lean

1-1/2 ounces Cream Cheese

1
ounce Blue Cheese
-

teaspoons Yogurt Plain, low fat

teaspoons Onion
-
3/16 teaspoon White pepper
-
1-1/2 medium Garlic clove crushed, 1 medium

3
teaspoons Parsley dried
METHOD:

Combine cheeses, yogurt, onion and pepper;
reserve.

Rub each side of steaks with garlic. Place
steaks on rack in broiler pan so surface of meat
is 2-inches from heat. Broil 5 to 6 minutes.
Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt.

Turn and broil 3 to 4 minutes. Season with
remaining salt. Top each steak with an equal
amount of reserved cheese mixture. Broil an
additional 1 to 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
