Ingredients

Brown rice - 25 gms

Mushrooms - 50 gms

Beans, carrots, and peas, combined -
1/2 cup

Capsicum (medium size) 1

Olive oil - 1 tsp

Cloves - 5

Celery - 1 bunch

Boiled chicken or fish (optional) - 50

Salt, pepper, and
garlic to taste.
Directions

Pressure cook the brown rice and keep aside. (To prevent loss of
precious B Vitamins use minimum water to wash the rice.)

Steam the vegetables - mushrooms, beans, carrots, peas, capsicum -
until tender and keep aside.

Prepare a dressing by mixing together the olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper
celery, and cloves
-
Combine the rice and vegetables and stir in the dressing. (And the
boiled chicken or fish, if you prefer non-vegetarian.)
- Chill and serve.
