Instructions:

Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until al dente.

Drain thoroughly. Stir in scallions and set aside. Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water.

Cover saucepan and steam 4-5 minutes or until broccoli is tender.

Drain and toss with noodles and sauce.
