Instructions :   

  • Place meat in plastic bag or shallow baking dish. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat. 

  • Marinate in refrigerator 4 to 6 hours, turning occasionally. 

  • Remove meat from marinade; grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade. Serve immediately.

  • 1-1/2 pounds Steak Flank Lean

  • 1/2 cup Lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup Olive oil

  • 2 packets Beef Bouillon, 1 pkt dry

  • 2 medium Garlic clove minced, 1 medium

  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, ground
