Instructions :

Tie the rice flour in a cloth and steam it in a
steamer for five minutes.

Remove and mix with the roasted besan and other
ingredients.

Add water and knead to a soft dough.

Take small quantities of the dough and put it
into a chakli or muruku mould and press into hot
oil.
-
Fry each to a golden colour.

- Besan 100g
- Roasted 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Fresh butter 50 g
- Salt to taste

Til seeds 5 tsp

Hing 1/2 tsp
-
Oil for deep frying
