Instructions :   

  • Wash and cut the chicken into medium size pieces, keep aside.

  • Heat the oil. Add garam masala and chopped onions, and saut� well. 

  • Add ginger-garlic paste and fry lightly. Pour in tomato puree, add the other spices and cook for a while.

  • Add the chicken pieces, stir; cover and cook on a slow fire till the meat is tender.

  • Serve hot, garnished with coriander leaves.

  • Boneless chicken: 1 kg 

  • Onions: 200 gms 

  • Garam masala powder: 5 gms 

  • Tomato puree (fresh): 200 gms

  • Ginger-garlic pasta: 10 gms 

  • Red chilli paste: 15 gms

  • Coriander power: 10 gms 

  • Salt to taste: oil-10 ml 

  • Coriander leaves: 10 gms.
