Instructions :   

  • In a small bowl stir together the lemon juice, vinegar, water, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, salt, red pepper flakes, and minced fresh mint until the sugar is dissolved. 

  • In a bowl combine well the lightly beaten egg, lamb, cinnamon, nutmeg, onion, bread crumbs, and salt and pepper to taste, form the mixture into four 1/2-inch-thick patties. 

  • Broil the patties on the rack of a foil-lined broiler pan under a preheated broiler for 6 minutes. Turn the patties and broil them for 6 minutes more, or until they are just cooked through. Transfer the patties to 2 plates and spoon the sauce over them.

  • Garlic clove minced 3 medium

  • Sugar 3 Tablespoons

  • Salt 3/8 teaspoon

  • Red pepper flakes 1-1/2 teaspoons

  • Mint 3/4 cup , fresh

  • Egg 3 large

  • Lamb Ground 2-1/4 pounds

  • Cinnamon 3/4 teaspoon

  • Nutmeg 3/16 teaspoon

  • Onion minced 1-1/2 cups

  • Bread crumbs 3/4 cup
