Instructions :
- Place the diced mangoes in a salad bowl.
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan, add the mustard seeds and allow to crackle.
- Add the chopped red chilies, stirfry briefly.
- Pour the tempering over the diced mangoes and allow to cool.
- Beat yogurt and add half of the ginger juliennes and chopped mint to to
it.
- Stir the yogurt into the mangoes and garnish with the rest of chopped mint
leaves and ginger juliennes.
