Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked

  • 1 10-oz package frozen mixed vegetables

  • 1/3 green pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped

  • 1/4 cup low-fat Italian dressing

Directions

  • Cook macaroni and frozen vegetables according to package directions. Leave out the salt. Drain.

  • Add the green pepper, onion, and low-fat Italian dressing. Mixing all ingredients.

  • Chill well.
