Directions
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

In a bowl, cook onions, garlic, and oil, covered, on High 3 to 3-1/2 minutes until tender, stirring once during cooking. Stir in drained and chopped red pepper, salt, thyme, and pepper, cook 1 minute.

Place cream cheese quartered, on red pepper mixture. Cook on Hi 30
seconds to 1 minute until softened. Add milk; stir until smooth.
Refrigerate. Makes 1-1/2 cups.
