Instructions :   

  • Cut round steak into 1" thin strips and brown in skillet with margarine. Stir in flour. Drain tomatoes reserving liquid; add water to liquid to make 4 cups. Add liquid; reserve tomatoes. Chop onion and add to skillet with beef bouillon; stir. 

  • Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour or until meat is tender. Stir occasionally. 

  • Cut green pepper into thin strips; add with reserved tomatoes. Cover and heat for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.

  • 1-1/2 pounds Steak Round Lean

  • 3 Tablespoons Margarine, imitation low fat

  • 1-1/2 Tablespoons All purpose flour

  • 15 ounces Tomato canned, peeled

  • 1-1/2 medium Onion

  • 1-1/2 pieces Beef Bouillon, cubed

  • 1-1/2 medium Pepper green, 1 medium

  • 3 cups Rice brown
