avocadoes, sliced

10 lettuce
leaves

8 rose apples

40 g small
gherkins

20 g red
pimientos, julienned

50 g carrot,
chopped fine

40 g red
cabbage, julienned

8 black olives
-
8 (80g) olives
-
1(75g) tomato,
cut into a rose, for garnishing

2 limes, sliced
Directions
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:

Arrange the
lettuce leaves on a starter plate.

Arrange the
avocadoes over them.

Slice the rose
apples into rings and arrange them along with gherkins along the
lettuce leaves.

Sprinkle red
pimiento, carrot and red cabbage juliennes on the lettuce bed.

Decorate with
the olives, then garnish with the
tomato rose.

Serve with
wedges of lime and vinaigrette or herbal dressing of your choice.
