A light, refreshing dip to serve with crisp vegetable
crudités.

Ingredients

200 g / 7 oz can tune fish in brine, drained

45 ml / 3 tbsp Greek-style yogurt

finely grated rind 1/2 lime
-
15 ml / 1tbsp chopped fresh dill

salt and black pepper
Directions

Place the tuna fish and yogurt in a blender and
process for a few seconds until almost smooth. Alternatively, mash
thoroughly with a fork.

Stir in the lime rind, dill, and seasoning to
taste.

Spoon into a small dish and serve with sticks
of raw vegetables for dipping.

Using drained tuna in brine, rather than tuna in oil, makes this a
low fat recipe. Raw vegetable crudités, carrots for Vitamin A
