You speak English, Spanish, Italian and French. You are a leading media personality, television star, movie actress, theater artist, and model. How do you manage such a remarkable multi-dimensional lifestyle?
I think that multidimensional lifestyle is an important part of me. I like trying new things and I can’t settle down. In fact I’m beginning to write screen-plays and I have directed my first short film. Recently I worked as a Key PA in a movie. My mother is a film director and since I was a child I watched how she worked. She was like my heroin (she still is) and I guess having such an inspiring woman nearby has propelled me to try new things.
What exercises comprise your fitness regime or workout routine you may wish to share?
I like doing sports a lot. I’m a nervous person and sport helps me to focus my energy. I practice spinning and yoga four times a week. Also I try to save a moment of the day so I can meditate and calm down.
Do you take a special diet or have a strict menu that you follow to remain healthy and physically fit?
I’m vegetarian but I don’t have any strict diet. I like eating healthy food. In fact I buy local ecological products, so I can keep a sustainable consumption.
